As we look at vibranium it has a vast number of characteristics that makes finding its place within the periodic table; Vibranium origins are partially unknown; we know it's an extraterrestrial resource as it originates from a meteor that landed on the continent of Africa

Characteristics

Vibranium is radioactive and mutagenic metal with supernatural physical, and chemical abilities. Being eight times lighter than aluminum and 10 times stronger than steel; Absorbs vibrations and can absorb kinetic energy and re-distribute it. It is radioactive and emits energy like lanthanides and or actinides while also possessing mutagenic, properties. After its meteorite landed on earth it had an immediate effect on the surrounding flora and earth, creating dense forest and thriving plant life. Vibranium also takes on many forms like the copper lab can change states and even connect with energy on a microscopic level

Where would Vibranium go on the periodic table?

Vibranium is unique possessing qualities that are usually not shown among the periodic table. Vibranium is radioactive like a actinides and lanthanides but is light and extremely hard. Theoretically Vibranium could go near Cr as chromium is the hardest metal known to man and elements with similar qualities are usually put near eachother;But it also shares radioactivity like francium. According to the the trend of the periodic table more reactive elements would go toward the bottom left but there is no evid that the radioactivity is near as much as Francium(Fr). I found that Vibranium is more similar to uranium(U) when it comes to metals but unlike uranium, Vibranium is very light. In my opinion Vibranium dissected a new period in itself. Vibranium should be placed in period 8 group 5 or 6. It would be toward the bottom of the table with the more radioactive metals but within The same group as some of the metals it shares similar qualitys with.
